Apartment building security cameras show a man inside an upscale clubhouse fitness facility on a weekday night at 7:58pm. The fitness center is located inside a gated Dallas, Texas multifamily apartment community. The individual brings his backpack and a workout mat to an unoccupied lounge.
The man charges his wireless phone and rearranges furniture. He retrieves a gun from his backpack. He checks the lounge entrance with his gun out. A Stealth Monitoring operator saw this suspicious behavior and called the local police.
The suspect starts a short workout, packs his gun, and leaves the room. Meanwhile four police officers with a rifle and handguns have arrived on-site. The police enter the fitness center and detain the suspect. An officer points out the apartment building security camera to the gunman. The police arrest the suspect and retrieve his backpack with the gun.
