At 7:37 in the morning, Stealth trained operators with remote video monitoring notice a pair of men acting suspicious in front of a grocery store at a California shopping center. Other visitors can be seen walking and driving around. A third man joins them next to a landscaped planter. The men appear to be handling and using illegal drugs in public. Stealth remotely activates the speaker alarm and calls the local California police. A police cruiser responds while two of the three suspects are still roaming the storefronts. The officers arrest one individual and escort the other off the property. The third suspect is apprehended out of camera view.
