Our apartment security operators saw a man crawl around an occupied vehicle. The operators attempted to make contact with the security guard, but the guard was nowhere to be found. As a result, they called the local police. The drive and the passenger left the car toward the back seat. The suspect assaulted the driver and had an accomplice.
