This Catch of the Month did not take place during monitoring hours. Our video review team can pull surveillance video from specific locations and time frames. A man and a woman stepped out of their car and acted suspiciously at a shopping center. They eventually returned to their car, drove forward and drive into a man. The man flipped over the car and was not severely injured.
