Pair of Texas Apartment Lot Prowlers Caught Red-Handed Attempting Multiple Vehicle Burglaries

According to Dallas County detective Walter Clifton, who was quoted in a CBS News Texas report, “They’re getting more brazen- they’re stealing them in broad daylight now.” He went on to say that he’s never seen a spike like the one currently occurring in the state.
