Every day, UCIT monitors cameras in real time at commercial sites across North America. We can see suspicious behavior, activate a speaker warning, and call the local police.

FAQ
Q: What happens when you see something on my site?
A: When an operator sees something suspicious, it escalates to their supervisor, who then makes a decision based on available data. An audio warning is the first method of deterrence. If necessary, the supervisor can either contact authorities or the site contact. Since we are watching the activities in real time we can give the police enough information to have the call register as a live crime in progress, which results in a faster response time.
What Clients Say
“After careful consideration, we decided to test UCIT’s solution on a few of our solar farm construction sites. We were able to secure our sites while saving close to 50% compared to using a guard but we were also able to save additional money by using the video to resolve incidents that occurred on site.”

Security Tip — Perimeter Control
Perimeter control is one of the most common, yet under-utilized tactics to deter theft. Fences around the perimeter of a construction site are generally inexpensive and can often send a message that the area is unauthorized and entry is off-limits. >> Read more
