At 9:24 P.M., our security camera system operators saw a car veer into a ditch behind a Houston shopping center. The driver stumbled out of the car and smoke came out of the damaged car. Stealth called Houston first responders.
An ambulance arrived at the shopping center. The paramedics talk to the driver and left. Houston Police arrived at the shopping center after the ambulance left. They placed the victim under arrest and a tow truck removed the vehicle.
