This incident takes place at a Dallas, Texas shopping center. The suspect used a chain to break a large window. Once the glass shattered, the suspect gained access to the building. Stealth Monitoring called the Dallas Police and a property manager. The property manager arrived with the Dallas Police. Responding officers brought a K9 unit. They were able to locate the theft suspect and placed him under arrest.
