At 5:49 A.M., the suspect walked in front of our surveillance cameras on a Portland multifamily apartment complexes. He launched fireworks into the parking lot. The outdoor surveillance cameras automatically adapted to the lighting conditions. A firetruck and tow truck was scene on camera.
Responding police officers told Stealth that the suspect attacked an alleged owner of the tow truck.
