At 3:56 P.M., our apartment security monitors saw gunfire at a Dallas apartment complex. We called the local police and told them about identifying features of the suspects. Two sets of people argued with each other while carrying weapons. One of the suspects pulled out a gun while others pulled out their weapons. They continued to shoot each other.
Dallas Police arrived four minutes later and the suspects ran away from the surveillance camera’s view. Additional responders arrived a few minutes later.
