A trespasser walked behind a Dallas shopping center at 3:38 A.M and climbed the ladder. The security camera system operator activated the speaker, but the suspect remained on the property. Stealth called the Dallas Police. Dallas Police arrived with a helicopter unit.
The trespasser surrendered himself to a police officer.
