Security Guard Doesn’t Catch Drug Users in Elevator

Posted by Blake Mitchell on Nov 11, 2017

Is your security guard service effective? At 6:20 A.M., two men entered an elevator at a Denver retail property. Our surveillance camera system operator saw the men engage in what appeared to be drug-related activity and called the on-site security guard. The security guard hung up the phone before Stealth could give important descriptive features. As a result, Stealth called the local police.

The drug users exited the elevator. We didn’t see the security guard on camera.

Illicit activity in elevators are a common problem at many shopping centers and apartment complexes. If you would like more information about our proactive video monitoring security solutions, click here.
