At 3:06 P.M., our security operators saw an employee toss a bag into the dumpster. Moments later, smoke started coming out of a dumpster and it soon caught on fire. Stealth Monitoring called the fire department. First responders arrived at the shopping center and extinguished the flames before it could cause extreme damage.
