Realcomm is celebrating their 20th year of showcasing technology and innovation of real estate operations with webinars, conferences, forums and workshops. Their conference, Realcomm 20, will take place on June 6, 2018 at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Before the conference officially starts, attendees can participate in pre-conference events including CIO forums, roundtables and summits.

David Charney, Stealth Monitoring’s Chief Operating Officer, will be taking part in a pre-conference session on June 5, at 4:55 p.m. On June 6, David will participate in the track, Smart Building System Showcase. His session is called Physical Security – Video Surveillance & Access Control is Just the Start. This session will focus on how video surveillance can mitigate risks, protect valuable assets and deter unwanted activity like loitering, property damage, vandalism and rooftop crimes at commercial real estate properties.

Stealth’s retail security camera systems are customized and installed based on each client’s specific needs. The cameras are watched in real time by trained security operators who look for suspicious activity. If anything unusual is noticed, they can activate a speaker warning or contact an on-site security guard and local police. The following video illustrates how Stealth deterred would-be thieves at a Dallas, Texas shopping center.

Realcomm 2018 will showcase a variety of topics for commercial real estate properties across the United States. In addition to panels and sessions, David is also available for one-on-one meetings. For more information or to set up a time to meet with him, contact us.
