In this month’s video, an angry, intoxicated individual shatters the glass in the front door of an apartment building to get inside.
Around 1:30 in the morning, our cameras spotted an individual tampering with the keypad at the entrance of an apartment building. After an unsuccessful attempt, the man walked out. However, he returned a short time later to try again. He did manage to gain access to the building after someone from the inside opened the door to leave. A Stealth Monitoring security operator contacted police. Officers arrived then released the individual.
Ninety minutes later, the same suspect returned. Seemingly under the influence, he threw his body against the door, which cracked the glass. Our security operator was watching and again called to dispatch police.
The individual smashed the bottom half of the door and reached his arm inside to try to unlock it. Not having any luck, he stood up, grabbed the metal cross bar on the door and forcefully pushed his foot against the glass. The door opened and the man entered the building.
Within minutes, police arrived. Our operator gave the responding officers information about the suspect’s whereabouts. They located him on the third floor and arrested him.
