Just before 4:30 a.m., a suspicious person can be seen heading first toward a silver sedan, then moving directly toward an SUV and breaking a window of the vehicle. The Stealth Monitoring security operator who spotted this activity activated an audio alarm and contacted the local police.
The alarm spooked the suspect, and he ran out of the area. Police arrived and located the damaged vehicle. The potential car thief attempted to return and complete the theft but was caught by awaiting authorities on scene.
