Around 1:15 in the morning, a Stealth Monitoring security operator spotted two people in the parking garage of a California apartment building. The pair, clad in black hoodies, was trying to break into several parked vehicles. At one point they could be seen carrying bags. Our operator called to dispatch police.
When officers arrived on the property, one of the suspects tried to evade arrest, but the responding officers apprehended him. The other suspect fled the scene. Our video review team sent footage of the incident to the police.
