Stealth Monitoring showed multifamily security solutions at the National Apartment Association (NAA) Education Conference and Exposition. The NAA Conference took place at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia from June 21-24, 2017. About 10,000 multifamily apartment professionals attended. The theme for the NAA conference was ‘Apartmentalize.’
One multi-residential properties representative said that they wanted to celebrate their multifamily housing industry and see the new technologies. Another real estate professional said that the NAA Conference is the one time of year to see apartment building products and services in one place, including automation software, access control systems, and multifamily housing security solutions.
Olympian Michael Phelps spoke during the second day commencement. This was also the first day the exhibitor floor opened for attendees to see and learn about residential housing security solutions. Over 500 exhibitors presented their multifamily services on the show floor. The NAA conference included seminars on affordable housing, housing security, and many more.
On the last day of the conference, the NAA showcased the NAA Excellence Awards. The award show recognized excellence and leadership in the residential apartment industry. It focuses on builders, industry professionals, and affiliated apartment associations. More than twenty awards were given to different multifamily apartment communities. After the closing ceremonies, 120 NAA Conference attendees volunteered at the Atlanta Community Area Food Bank.
