Lessons in Property Marketability and Asset Protection at NAA Conference and Expo

Stealth Monitoring exhibited its apartment security solutions to help property marketability at the National Apartment Association Education Conference and Exposition. The NAA 2017 Conference and Expo took place at the Georgia World Congress center from June 21-24, 2017. As estimated 10,000 residential industry professionals attended the conference. This year’s theme was ‘Apartementalize.’

One of the multifamily apartment attendees said that the NAA Conference was a great way to celebrate the residential housing industry and its new technologies.

One multi-residential property representative said that he wanted to celebrate his multifamily housing industry and see the new technologies. Another real estate professional said that the NAA Conference is the one time of year to see apartment building products and services in one place, including automation software, access control systems, and multifamily housing security solutions. The conference also featured education tracts and seminars that included different property marketability solutions. Different seminars targeted different residential verticals such as affordable housing, housing security, and so much more.

Olympian Michael Phelps spoke on the second day commencement. This was also the day the exhibitor floor opened for NAA attendees. It gave them a chance to learn about property marketability by installing a customized multifamily apartment complex security system. Over 500 exhibitors presented their multifamily services on the show floor.

The NAA Excellence awards occurred on the final day of the conference. The award show recognized excellence and leadership in the residential apartment industry. It focused on builders, industry professionals, and affiliated apartment associations. More than twenty awards were given to different multifamily apartment communities. After the closing ceremonies, 120 NAA Conference attendees volunteered at the Atlanta Community Area Food Bank.
