At 3:45am, two men arrive at an apartment alley in Seattle Washington. They are ready to break into the parking garage with their flashlights and tool bag. One of the suspects climbs over the fence and successfully makes it inside the parking garage. He tinkers with the parking garage door until it opens up. His accomplice enters the parking garage. Three suspects approached car washers at a dealership and climbed inside two luxury vehicles. The employees were too shocked to move and the thieves drove away immediately.
