Apartment complexes and other multifamily residential communities are dedicated to fostering a safe and secure environment for their valued residents, particularly during times when property managers are not on-site. This commitment not only minimizes potential liabilities but also enhances the overall well-being of residents. Understanding that a tenant’s sense of security is pivotal in optimizing rental rates and reducing vacancies, our focus is on bolstering the value of properties in the multi-family residential market. At Stealth, we pride ourselves on offering innovative and cost-effective solutions designed to safeguard apartment complexes, ensuring both safety and financial efficiency.
Live video monitoring systems with audible alarms provide a multifaceted approach to security in multifamily residential communities. They offer comprehensive surveillance, remote monitoring, proactive crime deterrence, effective response to intrusion, quick response time, disruption of criminal activities, active monitoring service, and crime prevention at the property line. These features collectively contribute to a safer environment for residents and property owners.
Video 1
At approximately 12:18 a.m., Stealth security professionals monitoring a Texas multifamily community took notice of a white vehicle pulling into the complex. Multiple individuals dressed in head-to-toe black exited the vehicle and began to case vehicles parked in the community’s parking areas, looking into windows and pulling on door handles. Observing Stealth monitoring operators immediately activated onsite audible alarms and contacted local police dispatchers, as well as made an attempt to contact the onsite security officer. The onsite security officer did not respond. The suspects fled the area immediately when the audible alarms were sounded, jumping back into their vehicle, and taking off. Responding police officers could be seen onsite, and later informed Stealth’s monitoring professionals that they had located and taken the suspects into custody.
Video 2
At approximately 5:09 a.m., Stealth monitoring operators observed an individual loitering on the property of a Georgia multifamily residential community, entering a gate and settling down on a bench. Observing security staff activated the onsite audible alarms, and the individual promptly removed themselves from the area without further incident.
Advanced Security for Multifamily Communities
Leading the wave of innovative security solutions, Stealth synthesizes audible alarm systems with live video monitoring to safeguard multifamily properties. As high-density living environments, these communities benefit tremendously from visible deterrents coupled with real-time intervention.
Stealth’s audible alarms often play a pivotal role in disrupting crimes in progress, signaling to criminals their actions are being observed. As demonstrated in both above video examples, these alarms alone typically compel opportunistic thieves, vandals, loiterers, and trespassers to halt activities and flee rather than risk capture.
Recognizing the vital need for robust security, Stealth addresses the limitations of conventional surveillance cameras and on-site guards. While these measures offer some deterrence, they fall short in enabling comprehensive coverage and instant responses.
Stealth revolutionizes this landscape through integrative monitoring technology. Our expert security operators actively oversee properties via advanced video analytics that detect suspicious behaviors in real-time. Upon observing criminal activities, our staff can activate on-site audible warnings, collaborate with existing on-site security, or contact law enforcement to prompt effective response.
This proactive approach not only helps to deter crime but facilitates faster police reactions by providing dispatchers with live updates from the scene.
By blending cutting-edge capabilities with human expertise, Stealth delivers an unparalleled solution that outperforms outdated security paradigms. Our layered safeguards enhance safety while delivering significant cost savings over manual guards.
