At about 10:00 P.M., our video monitoring operators saw a trespasser climb over a fence to enter a building. We called the local police. Security camera system operators followed the suspect’s movements with PTZ surveillance cameras. We updated police responders with real-time information. Responding police officers arrived and placed him under arrest.
