The witness gave a description of the suspects to the police. The apartment theft duo was arrested by the responding officers. The suspects had mail from several multifamily apartment complexes in the area. The stolen mail included credit cards, statements, and other personal information that can be used to identify theft.
The Roseville Police Department said that this apartment theft should serve as a reminder to multifamily apartment residents and managers. They advise residents to check and empty their mailboxes daily.
