At 5:07 pm, a Stealth operator saw the first suspect walk outside of a construction site security fence. He lingered by the fence and walked away a few minutes later. The construction site security operator followed his movements with the outdoor HD surveillance cameras.

One of the suspects stepped on top of a concrete barricade and walked across. Responding police officers arrived at the Stealth client and arrested the supply theft suspects.
