Parking Garage Bike Room Theft
Around 5:45 a.m., a Stealth security operator saw an individual wearing a backpack, force his way into the bike room in the parking garage of a California apartment community.
Damage and Theft in Mail Room
A Stealth security operator identified an individual who forced open the mail center door of a San Francisco apartment building. Our operator contacted police immediately.
Car Crime — Pilfering in the Parking Lot
In the first video, a suspect was seen going in between cars, accessing multiple vehicles at a multifamily residential property in Florida. A trained Stealth security operator saw the activity and contacted police. In the second video, our monitoring operator spotted a group of people breaking into cars at a North Carolina apartment complex. The operator activated the on-site speaker warning, but the suspects continued their mission.
Audio Warning Scares Away Transient Loiterer
At approximately 1:30 a.m., a Stealth Monitoring security operator observed suspicious activity at an Oakland, California apartment building. An individual approached the outside of the building. He curled up on the sidewalk against the door and went to sleep. Still watching the activity, our operator activated the on-site speaker warning which roused the sleeping loiterer. He quickly got up, gathered his belongings, and walked away.
